Dos Mundos Holdings' current portfolio includes commercial real estate investments in the Greater Los Angeles area and on the east coast. We invest in value-add, income-producing properties.
Dos Mundos Holdings has held an ownership stake in several restaurant concepts since 2011. The massively successful El Hefe Super Macho Taqueria and Dierks Bentley’s Whisky Row concepts in Scottsdale and Nashville are operated by Riot Hospitality Group. Recent investments include two new concepts by Clive Collective: CALA at the Senna House Hotel in Scottsdale features Mediterranean-inspired modern coastal cuisine and Money, Baby! is a high-energy bar and sports book venue at located at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
Dos Mundos Holdings contributes to civic and governmental organizations through membership in the National Multi-Housing Council, Central City Association of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. The firm is also a contributor to nonprofit organizations supporting the arts, education and veterans.
